
General Counsel Tim is responsible for all legal matters relating to the development, implementation and deployment of our Next-Generation technologies. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Research Corporation Technologies, where he was responsible for the legal matters focused on the acquisition and development of diverse technologies originating from academic and other research institutions. Before joining Research Corporation Technologies, Tim was associate attorney at Gammage & Burnham, assistant general counsel at Orbital Sciences Corporation and associate attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski. He holds a law degree and an MBA from Stanford University, a master’s degree in nuclear engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
