Leonard Ratley is a 20-year veteran of the financial business community serving as a results oriented, financial management executive for several organizations ranging from publicly traded companies to early stage venture backed enterprises from a full time employee to consulting capacity.

Leonard has previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of an early stage venture-backed telecommunications services and product development company, Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer of a venture-backed software integration company, and Vice President, Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of a publicly traded international telecommunications distributor. 

In addition, Leonard spent over eight years as a senior manager with KPMG LLP and has extensive public accounting experience in the services, distribution, manufacturing, retail and telecommunication industries.

Leonard is a CPA and holds a degree in Accounting from Centenary College of Louisiana.
