Kathy has a rich background with over 16 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources, which compliments her proven record of success. Prior to joining Prodea Systems, Kathy was the Director of Human Resources for Sonus Networks responsible for all employees in excess of 700 located around the world in the US, EMEA and APAC. During her tenure at Sonus Networks, she was responsible for the HR activities for multiple acquisitions, including her prior organization, Telecom Technologies, Inc., creating the HR infrastructure to support a global environment, establishing a competitive compensation and benefits program as well as influencing organizational effectiveness with the management team. Prior to Sonus Networks/Telecom Technologies, Kathy was with the telecommunications division of Teradyne Inc. responsible for 400+ employees in an engineering and manufacturing environment. Prior to Teradyne, she held various human resource and management positions at R R Donnelley & Sons and American National Bank & Trust Company. Kathy holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University in Chicago, as well as a bachelors of science degree in Education, Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois, Champaign.
