Thank you for your interest in the Prodea ROS Cosmos Alliance Program. Please read the following and "Accept" the terms as an authorized representative of your company:
Through the actions of its authorized representative, the company ("Company"), whose name is entered below under the Company field, hereby agrees that upon completing the ROS Cosmos Alliance Member Application and subsequently receiving approval from Prodea Systems, Company enters into an Alliance Membership ("Membership") with Prodea Systems. Party may terminate this Membership at any time by submitting an e-mail to alliance@prodeasystems.com indicating it elects to terminate the Membership. By entering into the Membership, Company hereby permits Prodea Systems to post, on publicly available Member Data section of Prodea Systems' website, the information submitted by Company through this Membership Application and any subsequent additions or changes made upon the Company's or Prodea Systems' written request to the other. Prodea Systems agrees to post the information it deems suitable to advance Company's and Prodea Systems' mutual interests and beneifts. Prodea will have the right, for purposes of the foregoing, to display and distribute any trademarks of Company. Prodea Systems agrees not to use Company's information for any other purpose before submitting a request in writing to Company and receiving approval in writing from Company.
