Test Engineer

The candidate will be responsible for developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases in accordance with standard testing procedures and guidelines for both our Home Networking Device and our Centralized Server.  The position will also be responsible for developing automated test cases using scripts and/or commercially-off-the-shelf (COTS) test packages (e.g. Mercury Load Runner, etc.). The candidate will participate in the design of the test lab layout and the various test configurations. Further, the candidate may be called upon to provide statuses and demonstrations to upper management and potential customers. This may or may not include travel.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Experience with commercially available test packages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to excel within an informal startup environment with a flat organizational structure
• Demonstrated ability to deliver products on time
• Ability to achieve a high level of performance by setting clear expectations
• 3-7 years of product test experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• BSEE/BSCS
