Senior Software Engineer – Centralized Network Element

The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for participating in the architectural design of our Home Networking Solution as well as taking a lead in the design, development, and testing of its components. The position will work on the centralized server and the corresponding sub-components and will generate design and unit testing documents in accordance with standard development guidelines. Further, the position may be called upon to provide statuses and demonstrations to upper management and potential customers. This may or may not include travel.

• Experience with commercial software development
• Excellent Object Oriented Development Skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to excel within an informal startup environment with a flat organizational structure
• Demonstrated ability to deliver products on time.
• Ability to achieve a high level of performance by setting clear expectations
• Strong academic credentials and a track record of high impact technical and leadership achievements.
• BSEE/BSCS 7+ years development experience. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
