Sales Engineer
Qualified candidates will be responsible for the following core responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities as it relates to customer engagements, demonstrations, collateral and proposals.
- Work across sales, business development and product teams to ensure activities are successfully completed to win opportunities
- Report, track and present status on all sales activities
- Assist with the overall definition of the sales process
- Work with customers to customize the solution proposal to meet their needs
- Propose network architectures for both greenfield and existing networks
- Generate formal proposals for business opportunities
- Respond to technical bids, RFI’s and RFP’s
Skills Set:
- 5+ years of experience in sales support and sales operations
- Knowledge and experience with the end-to-end sales process
- Experience with various network architectures: voice, wireless, data, cable, satellite
- Strong proven project management skills
- Self started with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the media distribution and/or consumer electronics industry a plus
