Sales Engineer

Qualified candidates will be responsible for the following core responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales activities as it relates to customer engagements, demonstrations, collateral and proposals.
  • Work across sales, business development and product teams to ensure activities are successfully completed to win opportunities
  • Report, track and present status on all sales activities
  • Assist with the overall definition of the sales process
  • Work with customers to customize the solution proposal to meet their needs
  • Propose network architectures for both greenfield and existing networks
  • Generate formal proposals for business opportunities
  • Respond to technical bids, RFI’s and RFP’s

Skills Set:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales support and sales operations
  • Knowledge and experience with the end-to-end sales process
  • Experience with various network architectures:  voice, wireless, data, cable, satellite
  • Strong proven project management skills
  • Self started with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the media distribution and/or consumer electronics industry a plus
