Network Integration Engineer

Responsibilities:

Responsible for adapting network reference architectures and operational models to specific network requirements based on partner demands. Responsible for integration plans which entail working with service partners, interfacing with internal development teams, providing and executing test activities, developing roll out plans and providing support documentation to hand off to wider network operations team.  The individual needs to be well verse in networking solutions and be knowledgeable in building carrier grade requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 5 + years of experience within an operations or development team with excellent understanding of key technologies: (IP, Ethernet, TLS, SIP, etc…), network architectures, and operational procedures.
• Experience with OSS/BSS systems including network management systems, billing systems, CRM, order entry, data mining, etc.
• Trouble shooting experience in large scale data networks
• Strong Linux background
• Experience with deploying Java based applications
• Java/C coding familiarity
• Must have a high level of technical knowledge and the ability to handle multiple detail-oriented strategic projects simultaneously in an organized manner.
• The right individual must be very personable, approachable and patient with our customers and internal organizations.
• Must have good writing skills and possess effective and strong presentation skills.
• Bachelors and/or Masters in engineering field
