GUI/Software Engineer - Lead

The candidate will be responsible for leading a team which will be designing and developing the GUI interface for a digital home networking solution and incorporating it into the business logic of the system.  The ideal candidate will have strong web leadership skills, GUI development experience as well as development capabilities, ideally in middleware integration, serviceware integration or embedded interfaces.  Experience with consumer electronic devices is desired.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• Ability to lead a multi-site development team
• Process driven
• Strong technical leadership and the ability to interface with internal (architecture/development teams) and external customers
• Demonstrated the ability to manage a product through development and the delivery cycle
• Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills (specifically the ability to demonstrate the product effectively)
• Ability to develop user interfaces for control devices
• BSCS 2-4 years development experience.
