Business Development

Responsibilities:

Provide the business development strategy for the Prodea Systems Digital Home solution:

  • Develop strategies based upon input from sales, key relationships and target market analysis
  • Develop market entry / solution strategies for key target verticals and key partners
  • Develop, coordinate and utilize industry analyst relationships
  • Deliver market requirements to Product Management
  • Generate, maintain and present business development materials (slides, white papers, etc.)
  • Define strategies for pricing, packaging and relationship models to be utilized in business analysis
  • Deliver potential partner lists to the Alliance Partner initiative

Successful candidate must have business development experience in the consumer electronics or media industries.  Candidate must have the ability to identify market needs and convert them into business opportunities as it relates to the product.  Requires strategic thinking, strong analytical, written, communication and presentation skills.  The candidate must be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities and directives.  Analyst experience in the consumer electronics or media industries is a plus.
