Vice President of Engineering
Phil brings 18 years of experience to his management position at Prodea Systems with his expertise in software development, project management and product delivery of advanced technology, multi-platform systems and products. Prior to joining the company, Phil was the Senior Director of Engineering at Spirent Communications where he was responsible for the definition and development of Spirent’s next generation test and measurement platform with a team of over 150 engineers. Prior to Spirent, Phil held several engineering management position at Opuswave Networks (a Siemens ICM subsidiary), Omnipoint Technologies and Bell-Northern Research. Phil has extensive experience in wireless technologies, IP telephony networks and products, subscriber management systems and test and measurement products. Phil has a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Alberta Edmonton in Canada.
