Member Categories
Prodea offers membership to companies that hold market leadership positions, are willing to integrate with our ROS Solution, and share our strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction. The Alliance showcases participating companies’ products and services to our customers so they are able to see firsthand the innovations made possible through collaboration with Prodea. Meeting our ROS Interoperability requirements determines the presentation of your products, services or model to the customer.
Prodea has three categories each of which provides different functionality to the ROS Solution. Members can offer products and/or services in more than one category. These categories are the following:
Satellite Members
Satellite Members are companies who offer consumer electronics and/or software-based products that utilize or extend the ROS Solution and which are utilized directly by a consumer. These products are used in the Prodea powered digital home.
Galaxy Members
Galaxy Members are companies providing services that utilize or extend the ROS Solution and which are utilized directly by a consumer. These services are powered by the Prodea powered Digital Home API.
Stellar Members
Stellar Members are companies who offer a product or service which is part of the ROS Solution infrastructure. These products and services are not marketed directly to the consumer but are part of the underlying managed service offering.
