Prodea will make every effort to promote its Partners to our customers and potential customers (i.e., our distribution partners). This Program represents the Prodea ROS Cosmos Members. We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee that every Partner will be chosen by our different distribution partners but we will do our best to promote them.

All Members will be provided a Welcome Kit and ongoing communication about our program and how to benefit from our relationship with our distribution partners.
Marketing Benefits:Joint Customer Participation
Member may invite customers and prospective customers to our Demonstration Center in Plano, Texas. This will be contingent upon approval by Prodea due to scheduling in the demo center.Preferred Positioning to Distribution Partners
Members will get preferred positioning to our distribution partners. Prodea will make introductions, if necessary, to help facilitate a relationship between our Members and our distribution partners.
Technology Benefits:Please note that several of the marketing benefits may be delayed until the time of our official launch of ROS to the market
Web Site Listing
Until the official launch of ROS, the ROS Cosmos Membership web site will be a private web site which Prodea will have exclusive control over who can view. Once our official launch is complete, the ROS Cosmos Membership section will become part of our main web site. Members will be listed on the site with information about their company and product/service.Printed Member Listing
Prodea may from time to time print our member list to make it available for our customers when visiting our demo center or to hand out at industry events. Members will be included on a printed listing along with a list of their compatible products and services as a quick reference to our customers and potential customers.Selective Demo Participation
Members may be invited to include their product or service in one of our live demonstrations at our Demonstration Center so they can showcase their product or service along side our solution.Member Logo (for Company)
Each Member accepted into our program will be able to display their ROS Cosmos Member logo after our official launch in accordance with the Prodea brand and identity guidelines. Any usage of our logo prior to the launch must be evaluated by Prodea on a case-by-case basis.ROS Interoperability Logo (for Products/Services)
Each Member accepted into our program will be able to display a logo for each of their interoperable products and/or services after our official launch, in accordance with the Prodea brand and identity guidelines. After Prodea has completed its official launch, Prodea may attend key strategic industry events based on space availability and the technologies showcased. Members will be considered for joint participation in these events.Joint Press Release

Operational Benefits:Developer’s Kit with API
Prodea provides a Developer’s Kit with an API to certain products and services to aid them in interoperability with the Prodea Solution. Support services are offered through our Developer’s Support Team.Developer Services Available
Prodea offers Developer Services to Members who are working to achieve interoperability with our solution. These services will vary depending on the type of product or service being integrated.
Partner Device/Service Support – ROS Certified Level Only
For ROS Certified Members’ products and services, the Prodea Support team will field support calls related to that product or service and will manage automatic software update distribution to all devices connected to the ROS Solution Each Member will work a specific process and/or agreement with our Technical Support Team to ensure success in this area. This allows for simplicity of operation for both our distribution partners and their customers.Integrated Billing - ROS Certified Level Only
Understanding the consumer’s desire for integrated billing, Prodea provides the option to integrate the billing of our Members’ ROS Certified products and services into one single bill to the consumer. In addition, we allow the consumer to make purchases interactively within the system (either at the TV or at the browser) which can optionally appear on the subscriber’s bill.True Plug-and-Play/Auto-Configuration of In-Home Devices – ROS Certified Level Only
The Prodea solution is designed to simplify the consumer’s experience so that there is no technical knowledge or skills required for both installation and usage. This provides the opportunity to reach any market and any consumer with a broadband connection. Designed with this in mind, our solution offers auto-configuration of in-home ROS Certified devices and a true plug-and-play experience for the user.Feature/Device Convergence with other Digital Home Services – ROS Certified Level Only
Through our fully integrated “digital living” solution, our Members’ ROS Certified products and services not only realize the benefits of our sales and marketing efforts, but also have the opportunity to achieve feature and device convergence with other digital home services which may offer new opportunity to increase a given Member’s market penetration.Integration into the 10’ (TV) Experience – ROS Verified and Certified Levels Only
The Prodea solution is designed so that most services are not only offered on the PC but also while sitting comfortably in front of a TV (i.e., the 10’ experience). Where many services are only offered on a PC today, we’ve extended the capabilities of our solution to the TV so that some consumers may opt to not have a PC at all! If it is appropriate for TV integration, our Members’ ROS Verified and ROS Certified products and/or services may reap the benefits of not only reaching new markets but also may allow for new and more frequent usage of their product and/or service.Continuous Integration – ROS Verified and Certified Levels Only
The Prodea Support Team along with our Members with Certified and Verified products will continuously review new product and service updates and enhancements to ensure interoperability levels are maintained with the ROS Solution.
